This one is a head scratcher. It's questionable if Cobb is going to be ready by opening day. Also, I thought Baltimore was going to start their rebuild.

Yeah if he has a great year his market resets AND he won't have a draft pick associated with his signing. I don't understand why Cobb got a legitimately good contract a week before the season starts.
