HawkeyeDodger Provisional Member Posted October 3, 2017 Posted October 3, 2017 Hey, I enjoyed chatting with you guys this past winter. I don't think too many of you saw the Twins here when we were discussing the Dozier-Deleon non-deal. I'm sure everyone who isn't a Yankee fan is rooting for the Twins tonight. Good luck!! A return to 1965 would be fun in October.
Dance with Disco Dan Provisional Member Posted October 3, 2017 Posted October 3, 2017 I don't think too many thought Cody Bellinger would hit 39 homers in the majors this season when some folks were insisting that Deleon + Bellinger was a starting point for Dozier. The Dodgers didn't get much from Forsythe but 104 wins with a meh second base platoon sounds fine to me because it comes with several more years of Bellinger control. Good luck to the Dodgers. The Twins have done the worst to first thing before so be wary if the Dodgers see them in the World Series.

I think playing the Dodgers in the World Series this year would provide a ton of fun! As a Twins fan. Losing in the series.... 7 games........ well, the only thing more fun that that would be winning it in 7.
