The Twins bullpen is underated.  They limit the bad outings to a handful of games where everyone's bad.  I also think people are missing the real story on Giminez pitching 4 times it's not that the bullpen is awful it's that they are less willing to waste a pitcher in that situation.

I'm OK with Duffey in this type of role.

 

It's too far past bedtime for me to go chasing down his leverage score, but it would be useful to know if it reflects the fact that he's been the Twins' best reliever so far in 2017.

Agreed, I think we know for certain now that he was right to go with that over the Elton John surgery.

A lot of guys can't adjust to the over-sized glasses after that procedure.

It's kind of like saying the Beatles are overated.  It can be true without meaning much.  We don't have any automatic bullpen options but I'm confident in the majority of the bullpen when rested.

Time to find a new closer...Duffey, perhaps??  He was fool's gold in April and early May but he's shown his true colors the last couple of outings.  Just can't get a 1-2-3 inning.  Freakin pathetic to yak away this game.
