Oh my. Sano's attempt to field that play was unbelievably bad.

 

I still don't get why they moved Sano to RF and had him start practicing for the first time in Spring Training. The outrage on Twins Daily about this move has been justified, at least in my eyes.

I loved the job, but if you're not hooked into the voice over/commercial group, the pay is pretty poor.  Pretty much everything is automation now.  I miss John "Records" Landecker, Dr. Demento and The True Don Blue....

My daughter found that out. She was at several stations from MN to Oregon, and just could not make a living at it. I was amazed at the automation

How many more runs are the twins going to allow sano to cost them before they end their experiment?

The Twins decision is costing us.  Sano is trying, he's just clearly not an OF, which was obvious before he ever got moved out there.

I remember doing a fly in fishing trip as a kid into northern Ontario.  My dad brought a radio up with us just for fun to see if we could pick up something.  During the day we didn't but at night we listened to the Cardinals game.  Picked up a St. Louis station all the way in Ontario.  Can't remember if it was AM or FM.

not sure what THAT was, except an out for any somewhat decent outfielder.  Athletic play though. Corner OF defense hasn't cost us anything this year.
