•a winning record

•10+ wins

•ERA under 4

•near 200 IP

Who or when was thew last starter drafted and developed by the Twins to pull that off for the Twins?

Radke pulled it off in 2004. Last time?

Wow those aren't very high standards. I thought Scott Baker might have done that, but he only pitched 172 innings in 2008 when he went 11-4 with a 3.45 ERA. In 2009 he pitched 200 innings and went 15-9, but he had a 4.37 ERA.

I know this was meant to be a positive thread, but good lord, those facts are actually quite depressing :-/

Let's hope that Duffey and Berrios give us two more to add to the list within the next two years? (Berrios won't hit 200 IP for the Twins next year)

I believe Nick Blackburn came the closest overall (Again, not exactly inspiring) when he tossed 205.2 innings with a 4.03 ERA and a 11-11 record.

Is that the year prior to his contract? Just assuming, as the Twins love to buy-high, even when it isn't even needed.

You know the answer to this question!

Nice season for him. He hit a bad patch, but has finished strong. Hopefully next season he can build on the success he had. Gibson is going to be a solid member of the rotation for years to come.

Should be noted that Baker's 4.37 was actually better than the league average starter that year. In a relative sense, not too much different than Gibson's 2015 mark.
