Your average retired couple watching the twins on a Tuesday night in rural Minnesota = general baseball public. Idk, I just stating I don't see QS and WHIP as overly sabrmetric stats. To recap: 1) it's good to educate the public about stats, even if mislabeled sabr 2) it's elistist to suggest the general public doesn't know about these stats 3) it's nothing new so it's hardly uplifiting the discourse and not really elitist at all.

Oh, that part is great. The offense is what's letting the team down tonight, without a doubt. It'd be a shame for Hendriks to finally sort it out and pitch a good game but still get the loss.
