Not directly,because Graham is already on the 40-man roster right now, but I think there's a good chance. And, as Thrylos said, it's more an indication that they will only have one lefty, non-closer reliever in the bullpen... which is probably fine.

I will be majorly surprised and disappointed if he did not.  0.84 ERA, 1.22 WHIP, 95-97 mph FB (hit triple digits with the Braves) and nasty slider and a serviceable changeup...  And got to mention that this is his first time as full time reliever.  Was a starter in the Braves' system and moved to the pen about 3/4s into last season and pitched only 8 games in the pen.   Best RH arm on the 40-man roster right now, it will be a shame if they lost him.  But he is a lock in my mind.

Molitor has been praising Herrmann and Ryan would not want to risk losing Tomkin or Darnell...  Gardy was a Fryer fan

Chris Herrmann, jack of all trades, master of none.  At least with Pinto, there's still a fighting chance that he can develop into a major league bat.  It sounds like Pinto is in jeopardy of spending much of another year in AAA purgatory.  Is that your take after spending a couple weeks in Ft Myers?

My personal observation of the backup catcher competition was that Pinto was the favorite despite his early injury, however since the head injury both Fryer and Herrmann got time that might have gone to Pinto.  I'm still banking on Herrmann because of his 40-man status and then the Twins will decide on who they want between Pinto, Herrmann, and Nuñez (2 of the 3).
