Circus Boy Verified Member Posted June 21, 2014 Posted June 21, 2014 At what point are we allowed to panic about Nolasco? I believe in panicking right away. Saves time.

Bark's Lounge Verified Member Posted June 21, 2014 Posted June 21, 2014 Adam Dunn doesn't hit singles... does he?
Circus Boy Verified Member Posted June 21, 2014 Posted June 21, 2014 Lucy: Oh, Ricky! I thought you didn't love us anymore! Ricky N.: Shut up, Lucy.
sampleSizeOfOne Verified Member Posted June 21, 2014 Posted June 21, 2014 Is there a game on???? Yes. There is. Just don't ask me "on what?"
ScottyB Verified Member Posted June 21, 2014 Posted June 21, 2014 I was watching the game with the sound off and it said on the screen that Theilbar and Coreia were warming up. Is that right - is Coreia in the Bullpen?
Squirrel Community Moderator Posted June 21, 2014 Posted June 21, 2014 I can't stand listening to Hawk.
Guest USAFChief Guests Posted June 21, 2014 Posted June 21, 2014 If you look up "labored through 5 and 1/3" in the baseball dictionary, there's a picture of Ricky Nolasco, 6/20/14.
sampleSizeOfOne Verified Member Posted June 21, 2014 Posted June 21, 2014 Oh... You were talking about baseball. Sorry. I'll try not to let it happen again... I might jinx something.
Squirrel Community Moderator Posted June 21, 2014 Posted June 21, 2014 For those who are older than me (Chi looks at Chief) what does arthritis feel like?
longstrangetrip Verified Member Posted June 21, 2014 Posted June 21, 2014 I can't stand listening to Hawk. I suspect I'm in the minority on this one, chi, but I actually get a kick out of Harrelson, although I can see how a steady diet of him might be painful. I like his passion for the game, his love of his home team, and that the Twins seem to be his second favorite team. I have Dick and Bert on tonight with my MLB package feed.
JB_Iowa Verified Member Posted June 21, 2014 Posted June 21, 2014 For those who are older than me (Chi looks at Chief) what does arthritis feel like? There are different types but for me, it is just a general stiffness in the joints (osteo arthritis) but rheumatoid is a whole different story. (And even what osteo arthritis I have is pretty mild).

I'm in the minority w/you and switched from MSN to CSN when I read ChiTown's post.

Bark's Lounge Verified Member Posted June 21, 2014 Posted June 21, 2014 For those who are older than me (Chi looks at Chief) what does arthritis feel like? I am of the opinion that Chief does not concern himself with arthritis. After serving his country as a Chief Executive Officer in World War I and fending off the disastrous influenza outbreak of 1918-1919, arthritis is a flea he swats off his left shoulder with ease. Everyone should wish Chief a "Happy Birthday" as tomorrow is Chief's 141st Birthday... June 21, 1873 - present time. Happy Birthday Chief!!!

Happy Birthday Chief!!![/quote'] Ignoring the 1873, is it really your b-day, Chief? If so, have a happy! Took my late father's twin sister to lunch today to celebrate her 87th Birthday (which is either tomorrow or Sunday depending on whether my dad was born on the 21st and she an hour and a half later on the 22nd or whether he was born on the 20th and she on the 21st. They always celebrated on the 21st so we figured that was the day the first twin -- my dad -- was born).
longstrangetrip Verified Member Posted June 21, 2014 Posted June 21, 2014 Nice to see Burton with that bite back on his slider. He was good...when he was good. Remember?

Have an appointment for a sports injury screening so we'll see.
