Review of “The Franchise” by La Velle E. Neal III

Just finished this book. It’s a pretty good deep dive into the history of the franchise from the time they moved to Minnesota to now. The only complaints I have about the book is there were some factual errors, typos the editor didn’t catch and information that was repeated that I feel may have been to make the book longer than it needed to be. Twins future looks more of the same

Barring a total collapse the Twins are positioned well to make the playoffs. Even with the injuries and lack of moves.  While not looking ahead to next year, this year and our relative success has me thinking about the sustainability. Zebby Matthews made his 2024 debut in front of 663 fans at Rise 2 Greatness Field.
