    It has been reported they are not interested in buying them. Can't blame them. One problem for teams like the Twins is there is no other local sports channels to move the games to. Sure they could go on a broadcast channel and their subchannels, but that would pay a lot less than Bally. If only Victory Sports One had succeeded....

    The 50 games of no pay is because he was paid while the investigation was ongoing and he was placed on the Commissioner's Exempt list. The suspension was made retroactive through that time.

    I see the attendance issue popping up in this thread and I don't think that it should lead to Falvey/Levine going away. After his comments about being disappointed ain the attendance and saying the fans support is bad, Dave St. Peter should take the fall.

    It ended up being $63M today. Kinda of surprised but not really since pitchers are getting massively overpaid for playing in less than a teams 20% of teams games.

    Bassitt declined the QO. Twins would still have to give up a draft pick to sign him. However I would do it. i think $23M is a little high though.

    Normally I would agree but these players lost a full season due to COVID. I think 26-27 is a better spot for this season.
