Well this feed on MLB Network is brutal. NESN blinking repeatedly with color bars popping up.

    Ober was optioned this morning.

Last year I felt he improved greatly. But this spring he has fallen back into his old habits. And honestly Herb and Gordo fell into these same habits towards the end of their careers. Mistaking new players for old ones (Nelson Liriano, I mean Francisco Liriano!). Gordo also would forget the count, etc. But Gladden has ignored the actual call of the game for years now. He m ddle innings are a trainwreck except when Provus starts talking about the actual game.

The Twins finally fund a way to make me turn off a game on the Radio, Gladden calling the game solo today. Thankfully I only had to suffer through one inning before I got home and found it was on TV. In one inning we got the following mistakes: Billy Ober (2x), mentioning he was still in the running for a rotation spot, then a minute later announcing Rocco's rotation, which he was not listed in. Brian Fuentes (was talking about ATL 1B Josh Fuentes Error Adrianza Missed several pitches, as you could hear the ump in the background calling ball or strike. He is clearly in midseason form.

Apple Tv games will not be free this year. Peacock you have to pay for as well.

I'd do it if the Reds would throw in Chase Petty.

Well last week he called both of them Jose Lopez during the same game so he's in midseason form.

I do too. There was a reason they made the Santana move to open a 40 man spot.

Brooks Lee was reassigned to minor league camp today.

Kiriloff hit a liner off Duran's leg during BP today. Kepler left the game with hip tightness in the 4th inning.

    Milton Bradley had game.

Or it could be they decided he wasn't making the team.

Knebel is hurt and Britton is injury prone.

    Trades could happen.

Or maybe they all play that good they force their way up.

Last year of arbitration in 2024.

Balazovic was sent down today so there's the first cut.

Probably will be later than usual due to the WBC.

If they were to put someone on the 40 man they'd still have to make a decision on who to remove when he's healthy. No need to do it unless they need to put someone on the 26 man. So the first of many RP's would likely be the one then.

Yes that is how it should go. I don't think other than maybe opening day a manager would go with most popular, and if I was a manager I would go with the best pitcher. Then you adjust the rotation around that. Definitely have seen it play out where some one gets puched back, for example, because they want a lefty in between 2 righties.

Spring training games do not get blacked out.
  22. lecroy24fan
Likely they won't be city connect jerseys, as those are not coming until next year at the earliest. Also teams are limited to 4 jerseys a season now.

Not Sinclair,Bally but a few more teams are looking at losing their coverage by the end of March. https://www.sportsbusinessjournal.com/Daily/Closing-Bell/2023/02/24/rsn-breaking-news.aspx

$2M plus $250k in incentives. I see no issue with Solano signing. If ST ends up with him not making the team no harm.
