Yet another blast from the past, although he never made the big league roster. Nick Burdi recalled by the cubs.
  2. lecroy24fan
It's kind of hideous. And like I said above the lack of lefties is very concerning.
  3. lecroy24fan
In today's game every spot in the lineup had 2 hits, except for the 5 hole. But Polanco had a hit and 3 walks. EDIT: Farmer in the 7 hole had 3 hits.
  4. lecroy24fan
And Cory Provus is also a good bet to look at for it.

Since they're stretching out Headrick as a starter in St Paul I think Moran is up until Thielbar is back at a minimum. Looking at the Saints roster perhaps Kody Funderburk is an option. The lack of lefties on both teams is alarming to me. Headrick and Funderburk are the only ones on the Saints.

The blasts from the past continue to reappear in MLB. Alan Busenitz called up by the Reds today.

The Ryan trade is this regime's Nathan/Liriano/Bonser for AJ trade.
  8. lecroy24fan
Seth just confirmed it on Twitter.

I will more than make up for it. This audio is the drizzling s#!ts. And not because of the announcers although they suck. It sounds like the entire game is being played underwater. WTF?

Gallo hasn't played 3B in six years. Zero chance it happens now.
  11. lecroy24fan
He's getting sent down before the homestand starts Tuesday.
  12. lecroy24fan
This belongs in the fun with numbers thread.
  13. lecroy24fan
I thought Mahle was out 6-8 weeks? This is not a surprise to me at all.
  14. lecroy24fan
Thielbar to the 15 day IL is the other move.
  15. lecroy24fan
Mahle to the 60 day IL. Rodriguez is on the roster. Trying to figure out who is missing right now. Twins website doesn't list who was sent down. Larnach optioned, kiriloff recalled.
  16. lecroy24fan
Probably slightly more likely than Correa would be Nick Gordon pitching in a mopup role while in the leadoff spot.
  17. lecroy24fan
This is more of a sad one then fun one but Joe Ryan has the same amount of wins as the A's have, 5.

I'm not sure why but when I listen on the Audacy app or MLB.TV I'm not getting these national ads other than the Snoop Dogg one. But it's the same ads every break. I get the same ads that are played on the radio. And none of them are loud. However Bally Sports North is now over a minute behind radio and close to 1:30 behind twitter.

Bremer said this was part of his process to becoming a United States citizen.
  20. lecroy24fan
That was not a pitch clock violation. Duran was in his motion at 1 second. I hate clocks in baseball.
  21. lecroy24fan
    That's what makes baseball great.
  22. lecroy24fan
Different parks have different rules. Some of them top of the wall is a HR.
  23. lecroy24fan
And Mahle is done for the night.
  24. lecroy24fan
Well Stewart is up in the bullpen so I'm worried maybe Mahle threw it too hard.
  25. lecroy24fan
    Woods-Richardson was optioned.
