    I was a little confused as to how a player could be signed by a team as an amateur free agent but later drafted in the MLB draft as was stared in the story. I found that it wasn't the MLB Draft but rather the MLB portion of the rule 5 draft.

    He was terrible. Only Jack Morris was worse IMO. I don't like being talked down to like I don't understand baseball, and Roy did plenty of that. And he's the only person not coming back from last year's broadcasting team.

    He's still an advisor and has say in certain matters. My real hope is he retires after the sale process. He's peart of the reason attendance stays down after blaming fans for not showing up a few years ago when they were leading the division but playing like garbage.

    Looking at the ballot I wanted to write in Dick Bremer but I think there is the same 5 years retired deal as the Baseball HOF has. So I went with Mudcat Grant, Tom Brunansky, Corey Koskie, Glen Perkins, and Al Worthington.

    Not really sure why a season only shortened by 8 games was left out but 1972 Bobby Darwin absolutely belongs on this team. .267 AVG, 22 HR, 80 RBI is pretty solid.

    The story also stated they had an insurance policy recently changed so it might still be covered. Still not worth it IMO to replace it.

    Reading this article from John Romano of the Tampa Bay Times, it looks like anything at $47M and under to repair the roof would be covered by insurance. Also note in the story that this is under St Petersburg control and the team really has no say in it.
