  1. Rethinking this it really won't help them get under it. Anyone who isn't claimed would still get paid by them even if released.
  2. These are revocable waivers. Last week the Halos put Tyler Anderson on waivers and nobody claimed him so he was kept. However if they get rid of all of these players it will knock them under the CBT tax crap, um cap.
  3. One thing to remember is these players do not gave to be released if they clear waivers. They can remain with the team if the team wants them to. Except Donaldson. I think he went on release waivers.
  4. He even pitched another inning after I posted but didn't give up any more runs.
  5. Kyle Barracalaugh has given up 10 runs, 10 hits, and 5 walks tonight for BOS.
  6. Hormel would be great but then they'd need to bring them back as the team hot dog. Which they should do anyways.
  7. 1B- Gehrig 2B - Carew SS - H. Wagner 3B - B. Robinson
  8. So is Alan Busenitz, as he was called up by the Reds.
  9. Sands could be the one. With 3 off days in the next 8 they could put Keuchel in the pen for that stretch as the long man. Or it could be Keuchel.
  10. @USAFChiefNo suspension announced yet. Anderson didn't play because he's likely concussed.
  11. Carew, Oliva, and Hrbek were introduced as a group at the end of the intros so I'd think those would be the next 2 in line to make the call.
  12. The managers got into it with each other on the mound that started the second part of things.
  13. Yes that is what happened. My post earlier was based on the roster on the Twins website that showed "Minors" next to his name.
  14. Looks like Luplow was assigned to St. Paul, as he does have an option left. With Contreras getting released yesterday that makes sense.
  15. If you take away the tree blowups from Pagan's numbers (12 ER in 3 IP) you have 5 ER in 44.1 IP for an ERA of 1.01.
  16. If their not going to call up Keuchel then do it. Moran can go to St Paul for a spell.
  17. I had no idea that Liam Hendriks elbow was so bad he needed TJ surgery but he had it today.
  18. They can still clear a 40 man spot...
  19. Calling up an injured player to play everyday might be a first time thing on here.
  20. I have Comcast and before today I had freezing issues but not today. But the bats certainly froze up.
  21. Yes and it's gotten worse over time. It's about a minute and a half behind social media and also radio. Been like this all season. Last year it was close to a minute, and before that 45 seconds. Before 2020 it was normally 10-15 seconds.
  22. They want it to be at a time where players don't get pulled mid-game. Not sure why it's a day later but it has been later the last few years as well. Oh, and the deadline is too early. Should be mid-August.
