This is the voters choosing to make their ballots public. The official release is the day of the announcement. Some choose not to announce their ballot until after the final announcement, and I'm okay with that. I believe we all have a right to criticize someone's votes if we feel it's deserved.

Came out today that the Angels avoided going over the luxury tax threshold by $30k. So all the releases/trades worked. But that is not what got them under. It was placing Max Stassi on the restricted list that pushed them under, as that happened after all of that. They made this move so they would not have to pay him while he was away from the team to tend to be with his newborn child, who has had severe health issues.

The biggest thing is if you were in a teams "market" you were blacked out on mlb.tv. So if you lived in parts of Iowa, not only were you unable to watch the Twins, but the Cubs, White Sox, Brewers, Royals, and Cardinals were all blacked out.
