    Nice job of getting out of the way when called off by the CF, Grossman. That's what professionals do. Wasn't graceful, but at least there was no collision.

    Yeah, Jose Ramirez is hitting great (better BA, OBP and SLG% than Sano) and he is at least an average defender (which Sano is not, with the worst DRS and the 2nd worst range for any of the 20 qualifying 3Bs).

    KC's SP Luke Farrell is the son of Boston Manager John Farrell and Boston has allowed John to go see his son play while letting someone else manage the Boston team today.

    I was just saying yesterday that what the Twins need are more pitch to contact pitchers. Nice to see the FO oblige. Hope you have a great game Felix!

    Twins have horrible pitching, average offense, and very good defense (mostly centered around the OF and a couple IF spots). Not a great formula for a true contender when 162 games are played.

    yeah, during his hour long Q&A chat where he is trying answer a ton of questions quickly from fans of 30 teams,he should make sure to elaborate extensively any time he says something negative about the Twins lest his comment be discarded as lazy. What if he had said a team with the 2nd worst pitching staff in the AL is likely to have its luck run out over the course of a long season? He should have used Base Runs anyway, though in the Twins case, they are currently the same ;-)

    The age time frame of late 20s/early 30s was the best. From 26 to 32 was just awesome. All of it. If I had to pick one age, probably 27.

    Which is incredible in and of itself because the lineup the Yankees ran out during his time was awesome.

    Is this supposed to be a good and/or promising outing because he gave up only 1 ER? He was over 90 pitches and unable to finish 5 innings. He walked 4. This team is so starved for quality pitching that fans sometimes leaps at things that aren't there. This guy does not have ace stuff. He doesn't have #2 or #3 stuff. We've seen enough of him to know this.

    Not going to bring in a soft-tossing reliever to pitch against the best the NL has to offer. If one wants to believe Kintzler has a shot, fine, but I certainly believe there is no chance at all. He is not one of the best relievers in the AL. There are plenty I would take before him.

    I am NOT for expansion, but if we do, I'd like Salt Lake to get a team. They have a NBA team and an MLS team. Which is perfect since I don't watch either :-(

    Just cause some teams have a hard time recognizing/developing MLB talent (especially pitching) doesn't mean it's diluted.
