  1. Rocco's managing tonight. Twins offense. Gopher basketball. My recent bowling
  2. Dude. Seriously. Your sarcasmeter needs a tuneup.
  3. It's not like Kirilloff has been hitting...
  4. I know, right? What the hell is Rocco doing?
  5. Yeah, the game thread posted lineup didn't have Gallo.
  6. Play college 'hole, get drafted, work your way up through the minors? I'd imagine there might be a TJS and possibly an alcohol rehab in there somewhere.
  7. And now Gallo is in the lineup? I'm confused. As is Rocco, apparently.
  8. He played over the weekend. That's why I'm asking.
  9. And we pinch hit for Julien in the 2nd? Come on. Seriously?
  10. CRF and Schmoeman5 win tonight's trivia!! Well done!!! Baltimore put up 3 in the 1st on the way to a 5-2 win, then threw 3 straight shutouts at the Dodgers. Unfortunately the fabulous prize was only available over the lost weekend in LA.
  11. You're there to answer current music and pop culture, amiright?
  12. Nope. A quick check of bbref shows LA did not score in the 1st inning of game 1. Have to like the Yankees getting swept though.
  13. It's my learned opinion it is the single greatest piece of baseball trivia in the history of, uh, baseball.
  14. Son nr 2. Daughter sometimes joins us too. I suspect my picking up the tab figures into it all somehow.
  15. Cindy wasn't in the 1989 World Series, if I recall correctly. So no. Perhaps you're thinking of 1990, which was a sweep by the Reds, but that's also incorrect. So the upshot: trivia isn't Ober. Hahahahaha
  16. BTW, same trivia question that didn't get answered over the lost weekend in LA: In which World Series did the winning team score more runs in the top of the first of game 1 than the losing team scored in the entire series? Hint: there's a hint in this post. I'll check in occasionally but tonight's trivia night with Chief Jr Jr at a local brew house. I'm there to cover the ... uh... less recent stuff. Wish us luck. We've finished 3rd twice in a row in a contest with prizes for the top 2 teams.
  17. Again, tough to take you seriously. Trout's MLB average OPS since 2011 is .998. That's a middle of the order hitter
