I don't understand how anyone still thinks that. Or ever thought that.
We lost two games last week with "low-leverage relievers."
I can't stand that when Santana "holds" a runner on, he's not actually holding the runner on. He's 3 or 4 feet off 1st. There's been I think 3 pickoffs that would have gotten the runner had he actually been on the bag. He has to reach 4 feet behind him as he plays it.
