I think this is a hard question, given that I've never been in a clubhouse...... I think the most important factor is leadership, off the field leadership. These guys are together for more than half the year, and making sure that everyone is in the best possible mental state to succeed is key, imo. After that? I'd like someone that is open to new ideas, but has ideas of his/her own and will stand up for the ones that matter most to her. A willingness to play rookies, even if there is a vet around. Knowledge that players aren't done in terms of development when they come up, so put them in situations to help them succeed. Seth's list is great, btw.....
