    This has been my point when people say the Twins should buy....who on that list moves the needle? Candaleria likely, but only for 5 weeks, then what? And, if he might get a QO, the price is way too high for that short a time.

    The schedule in the first half wasn't playing a bunch of ALC teams, so I'm not sure I understand that second to last paragraph. I agree they aren't great, but that has nothing to do with the division.

    That thought did occur to me...... I just don't think they trade Gray or Maeda, which I'm OK with, just not what I'd likely do given the lineup. Gooooood. Imagine if they'd drafted Carrol and signed Swanson instead of a non-prospect and CC....

    I have no idea what to do with him. Lewis getting hurt is a huge blow.

    If you want them to be buyers, who are you replacing? And with whom? Good luck finding a hitter on these sellers.... If you are testing for a 3b, what are you giving up when Lewis is coming back in six weeks or so? And for whom that is better than Castro or Farmer?

    Maybe it was the following year. My bad. Not that they're bad now.... I think it is fair to want them to add..... Go look at the sellers and find an OF.... And if you aren't moving on from Kepler, why are you moving on from Gallo who has outhit him? Are we really trading assets to fill third for six weeks?

    In fairness, I thought he was more around 50th or so....and that AZ wants to WIN THIS YEAR. He's currently 21st on FG..... And, if they can't get a guy that would be in their top 5, they shouldn't deal him as they will offer a QO.
