    I'd move both of those if I could at this point. If Buck is only a DH, I'm ready to move on completely. CC? I don't know....but that foot might be the issue here.

    We'll not agree on that first sentence at all. It's not HAWT take to say that at all. I think the plan was to put him in the CF or LF .... once they had CC. But he doesn't want that, and I can understand making him comfortable.

    As for Polanco.....they aren't winning with this team, IMO. I'm in blow it up mode, and he has real value, hopefully. Varland, Ober, Lopez, Ryan is a good staff for several years. They need to fix the hitting across the team, and I'm more interested in next year and the following years at this point. Again, nothing REALLY MATTERS unless Buck and CC hit.

    Yes, they need to stop playing with a short bench. Either trust the prospects as replacements, or you need to question if you should have your job....

    Almost no one (Law, FG, others) saw / sees Lewis as a SS long term. They could all be wrong, of course.

    This. Buxton and CC not hitting at all (and Buck not playing CF) is a killer. It is almost impossible to recover from this problem. Until/unless/if those two start hitting, everything else is nibbling around the edges. Other than Kepler being DFA (for Wallner, who I'm willing to roll the dice on all year to see what he's got), I'm not sure what I'd do (I'd likely IL CC and call up Julien, put Farmer at SS and Julien at DH) IF they are around .500 or worse at the deadline, I'm selling Gray and Polanco. Lee or Severino are the 2B of the future (maybe others like Martin if he's healthy). I'm likely keeping Stewart, but if they can get a real prospect for him, I'm dealing him also. I can't imagine one scenario I like where they deal a prospect for a legit OF at this point (maybe, maybe, maybe Miranda for a legit OF, but who's doing that?).

    Yes, but I'm guessing they are freeing up money to sign Hockenson, Jefferson, and/or Hunter. And, to have more money for next year.

    Give me one of the consensus top 5 (or Dollander), then the best SS / CF available (or C if there is one there), than pitching and OF. Pitching and OF.

    Front office didn't while the season burns. I'm ready to fire them, and I've been their biggest defender here. Inaction is inexcusable. Playing with no bench is inexcusable. I'm done.

    As for other teams, the right answer is always pay more in money, and less in prospects, so take on salary relief!

    I'm pretty sure I'll jump on the "fire the FO bandwagon" if they don't get rid of Kepler soon. It might not work, sure. I get that. But we KNOW Kepler won't work at this point. Me? I believe in patience in baseball, but we've been patient with Kepler. I agree with the above, a HUGE issue is CC and Buxton. If those two hit like this, I'm not sure what this team can do, frankly. I liked both contracts, but wow, they are not working out at all. I don't think any normal, rational, fan would expect what has happened with these two to happen. I'm not going to blame the FO for having them on this roster. But, maybe, when they are hurt, they IL them faster? I don't know......I do't have a good, realistic, answer for these two..

    I have not....has he played much OF with the Twins? I feel like he's been put at SS because "value." or some reason.
