I HATE Lewis at 2b and Caratini at first. I'd rather have keaschell at 2b, and lewis at first. Is Luke part of the long term plans, or not?
If they are spending MORE MONEY next year, they could sign a pitcher better than Kremer, and then deal for a younger pitcher or one they want to sign to an extension using this guy and another.....not a guy who will be 31 and only here for 1 year.
The point people are making is that you shouldn't call up a rookie right now because of the lockout and service time. Sure, there are other things....but clearly at least 4 teams don't care about those things as much as people here seem to think they should.
