  1. I think it's a combination of non-strike calls getting in his head, and a couple of breaking pitches the Angels were looking for. Of course it could also be thoracic outlet syndrome, final stages
  2. I think the Twins are just having a minor let down tonight CBU, 4-0 bad guys in the 4th
  3. Possibly. But look at the overreactions that take place.
  4. Welp, Buxton struck out. I declare him a bust, too. Back on the sell train for me!!
  5. Cleveland loses 3-2 after Kluber surrenders home run to Brewers relief pitcher. Things you can't make up.
  6. LaMarre thinks he can hit his BABIP back to 1.000 It'll never happen, buddy!
  7. I just had a Twins Baseball™ nightmare that that ball glanced off Romero's glove and there were 2 on, none out
  8. nit pick- We lost 7 straight road games without pitching a ninth inning (although I think one of those games went extras)
  9. Also, short start expected today. Gibby has pitched well and I thought last night was a good night to let him pitch into deep, unknown territory. Of course 5 innings is the new 6 (quality start last night) and 90 pitches is the new 100, so there was pretty much no chance of that happening.
  10. I was watching. I didn't think he was gassed. They lost, and Molitor/Twins gets lampooned anyway.
  11. Possibly. But I wanted Gibson to go back out. It was the 5-6-7 batters. Molitor has got to let starters go longer.
  12. If Molitor lets Gibson pitch the 6th, the relievers are all pushed back an inning.
  13. Also it might go unnoticed, but with that pop out by Mauer the Twins are approaching a record for weakly hit foul pop outs tonight.
  14. Remember when Hunter and Morneau cared enough to get into a fight? Good times
  15. I am a hyper-competitive guy, and I am assuming a lot of these guys are too. Therefore... So I don't say this lightly but I'd like to see someone emerge with a black eye after this game tonight. Or water coolers. Even better. I guess.
