sound process begets consistent results. If you have sound process but are out of spec, your quality will suck, but do so consistently.

1) Duh! Very few prospects make it. It's really obvious that minor league success doesn't translate to major league success in general. 2) its less about coaches and more about the players. Escobar, Nunez, Schafer, Robinson and Hicks have been staples in the lineup. Good teams have one of those as regulars, not all of them. -
