    Wish I had seen this yesterday lol. I was putting together a consensus, now I could have saved time ?........ My 5 favorite choices in order, based on who I think could be available. 1. Termarr Johnson-unlikely to be available 2. Cam Collier-fingers crossed he is there and Twins pick him. 3. Kevin Parada-Twins need an offensive catcher. But hear his arm isn't strong. May have to move from C? 4. Zach Neto-Should be available 5. Kumar Rocker-I'd take him. I'm hoping they dont take Berry.

    I concur. Wait till end of season. But if extended, I would only tack on 2 extra years not 3, unless you make the last year a team option.

    Prediction: If Contreras gets 4 AB's, he gets on 3 times. Hopefully 3-4, with a double and 2 rbi.

    For me the perfect trade for me would be Dozier and E Santana to the Braves for Albies, Foltynewicz, Wisler and Touissant. Or Dozier for Foltynewicz and Albies.

    I like Wade, he will move up my list if he keeps it going. And really for me, 20-30 I had a bunch of close calls......So Wade would probably have topped out at 20 on my list, no higher , as of now.

    My quick list of top 10 goes like this: 1. Fernando Romero 2. Nick Gordon 3.Stephen Gonsalves 4, Alex Kirilloff 5. Tyler Jay 6. Adalberto Mejia 7. Kohl Stewart 8. JT Chargois 9. Felix Jorge 10 Nick Burdi I left Polanco and Berrios off my list, as I expect them to soon not be rookie eligible.

    Twins are not the only team , i agree, but just off the top of my head I am almost certain that the Braves have more young guys in all levels other than maybe AAA, than any other team.......but I wont research it, lol, just follow the Braves system pretty close.

    Atlanta took a DL player last year, Bronson Arroyo from the Diamondbacks, and also got a top prospect in Touki Touissaint, and gave nothing in return.

    Yep 96 pitches is too much, I am so ticked off at this, if we had a shut down closer, i would be ok with it, but we have nothing hear that, Gibsons game to win or lose IMO......or at least come out for the 9th and if someone gets on then bring in Kintzler.

    Well I have no TV today, radio only, but how can we send people home nobody out unless it is a given. WE ARE THE BAD NEWS BEARS!!!! But apparently I can't stay away anyway, don't know if it is Cuz I love the Twins so much or a good trainwreck......Go Twins!!!!

    I know most people dont like the hill, but it adds charm..........kind of like the Green Monster or the Ivy in Chicago........is there any other unique things in any other ballparks?

    I like replay, if for no other reason it keeps the arrogant umpires from just causing their own controversies on bad calls..............but I am seeing this year especially that the umpires dont or wont overturn close calls, there really is no such thing as a tie, but they are calling alot of ties(unconfirmed calls).

    Well, I am happily surprise by Park..........I still dont think he is major league caliber, I will wait to see if he can catch up with a 94-97 mph fastball.........hoping I am wrong............on a different topic, he is good defensively and like someone else said he is not DH only type.

    Not that I like this, but it seems to be the way it rolls, for most of these.........I hope they find out sooner than later , and have it be middle of 2018 before he makes his debut , if at all.

    Well ,my guess then is they (like us) overvalue their own prospects........Cause in reality, you would think there would be more men who are dropped from 40 man picked up, because not all teams are equal, some teams 35 man isnt as good as another teams 41st or 42........I know this is a simplistic view, but my view nonetheless.

    I dont see why the Twins wouldnt do a trade of a prospect that is on their 40 man to another team for the same level type prospect that is maybe in Low or Hi A, if another team isnt tight on their 40 man, and maybe all teams feel like they are........Thoughts??!!

    I partly agree, lets take Hughes for example, in 2014 he pitched like a 2, but in reality he is a 3-4, and Ventura was a 3 in 2015, will he take a leap forward this yr? We will find out.........Now the reverse Cueto is a 1-2, but KC he pitched like a 4.............so last yrs stats wise of the 6 guys you mention it was a wash, its not like one set played better than the other, that is all I was saying or trying to convey, because over the long haul I would take Cueto over them all, not sure about Ventura, might depend on his makeup.

    The question was about pitching , with that said, Volquez has been a 3-5 his whole career and one team in 2013 thought so little of him he was DFA'd...........Ventura does have 2 upside,but he pitched like a 3 last yr, and Cueto pitch 81 innings with a 4-7, 4.76, 56 K's and a .307 BA against, not exactly ace time with KC. Santana 7-5, 4.00, 108 IP , 36 W, 82 K, .253 BAA, 1.30 WHIP vs Cueto 4-7, 4.76, 81 IP, 17 W, 56 K, .307 BAA, 1.45 WHIP Gibson 11-11, 3.84, 195 IP, 65 W, 145 K, .252 BAA, 1.29 WHIP vs Volquez 13-9, 3.55, 200 IP, 72 W, 155 K, .251 BAA, 1.31 WHIP Hughes 11-9, 4.40, 155 IP, 16 W, 94 K, .293 BAA, 1.29 WHIP vs Ventura 13-8, 4.08, 163 IP, 58 W, 156 K, .248 BAA, 1.30 WHIP Pretty much a wash 3 on 3...............and yes KC does have a better pen,and defense, and offense,but that wasnt what I was stating, I was stating they didnt have an ace and still won a World Series.
