Last yr was the first yr i did my own Twins 10 round Mock, other than Gordon, i didnt have any correct, and most of my players were taken before my turn in the round i chose given player, but here is my uneducated guess 1.(6) Kyle Tucker, If Bregman and Tate not available, and if all 3 are taken, I will guess, Jay. 2b (73) Kyle Cody, RHP............Kentucky pipeline 3.(80) Austin Rei, C................Need a catcher with some offensive upside. 4.(110) Bryan Hudson, LHP......6'8 they like tall pitchers 5.(140) Thomas Eshelman,RHP.. Pitcher with good control 6.(170) Ryan Karstetter, 3rd.....Good hit tool 3rd baseman. 7.(200) Phillip Pfeifer, LHP.........Good Changeup 8.(230) Xavier LeGrant 2b,OF...Good speed 9.(260) John Kilichowski, LHP.....Mostly like the name the new KILLER 10.(290) Luke Wakamatsu, SS..Grew up around the game. There is my prediction, if i get more than 2 right, i am buying a Lottery ticket

I think if they go over 15% they lose 2 1st rd picks not second round, i am just guessing you misspoke or miswrote -
Any particular reason that Tonkin keeps getting the call and not Achter???? I am guessing he will come up at some point this yr, mostly because of poor performance by a couple of the veteran relievers.

Of course , i think we all would...........do i think he will? No, I would love to be wrong, but any and all weaknesses will be exploited at the best level in baseball, the best minor league hitters have problems adjusting, so he will too, or most likely will.

Wilson Ramos??!!! Oh yea, we already had him LOL, but wouldnt it have been nice to have him today??? And I dont know that is is considered top notch, but much better than what we have defensively and offensively.- 44 replies

I like this idea, if it is for something we need for next yr and beyond, like a top notch defensive catcher with some offensive upside. I am also happy keeping him, if we think we can win in the next couple yrs with him.- 44 replies

Always optimistic, before season i was hoping for .500 ball, now i will almost be dissappointed if we dont reach that, but these last few weeks have been fun- 44 replies

Thanks for the list, most or some of us know the top top players, but not the rest, would be nice to know all of their positions without going to another publication

Alex Jackson, is hitting .158 or something like that in Low A, and was recently sent to Extended Spring Training.

In todays game (5/24/25)....I know AA is about getting work in and giving everyone a chance and developing, but what is the deal with the Lookouts keeping DJ Johnson in the game?? 45 plus pitches for a reliever, who has struggled this yr and is not really much of a prospect, anyone have any insight or is it just to try to develop thru adversity???

Article: Draft Prep: Twins Outfield Depth
blairpaul715 replied to Seth Stohs's topic in Twins Daily Front Page News
Robinson, Schafer, Nunez, Herrman, Hunter shouldnt be on team next yr, and Escobar, if on team, should be utility infielder only......So that leaves 7, about right.........not to say they wont have more, but that is how I would do it..........they will be a good topic coming up , who to leave on and off 40 man for Rule 5 purposes.- 14 replies

If we go outfield, i want Tucker before Cameron, i read that we are hot for Cameron, i either hope not, or hope the Twins are right if they pick him........Otherwise i want Bregman , if available, or a pitcher that is not Aiken.........no chance Aiken is taken this early, right???- 14 replies

I like to move up all the good young pitchers, but when anyone of us says, so and so should move up, just give the rest of us RUBES an idea of who you would remove........its not that easy, especially this yr when there are few players that are playing poorly in the minors..........example, is of course i want Gonsalves moved up, but Wilson who is 25 is pitching well, do we just cut him? Maybe...but with Gonsalves we have time on our hands cuz he is young, so i see the need to promote the older guy to see if he can cut it at the next level..........its not like Gonsalves is the next Hamels, at least he is not projected to be, but that is another debate ...............I am rambling here and not sure i got my point across, but it is a hard year to promote, especially in the pitching department..........................By the way, most teams covet their own prospects, so it is hard to trade prospects for prospects.

I believe you can make adjustment inbetween DH games, but as i believe i seen Seth say, he has like 2 or 3 days to report when moving down from MLB.

Well , i am hoping for a 9 inning no-hitter ...........but realistically, i am hoping he can get 5 innings and 3 runs or less and less than 6 hits and no more than 1 or 2 walks......................if he does that it will be considered successful to me, heck anything other than being shelled will be a success for coming up from Hi A...............................but even if he gets shelled , it wont change my current opinion of him, and it would let him know he needs work. I know i will be on my computer following gameday.
