    Whew .... It was kind of cool to hear on the radio how active the crowd seemed tonight. It is definitely nice to hear true excitement from the fans going into September.

    I am done trying to make any predictions about this team this year. Now that Brian has explored Hamburger Helper and Hungry Man, I am looking forward to his future review of Ramon noodles. I am having a lot of college memories.

    The line-up is to lull the Astros into a false sense of security. They will not have the proper adrenaline rush, play sub-par, and the rest will be history. And to help people relax and not worry about it, they can still make the decision to pinch-hit Hermann later in the game if necessary.

    St. Paul would have old Midway stadium they could use (or was it torn down?) Another option -- Duluth -- imagine the view overlooking Lake Superior, the refreshing, gentle spring breeze in early April games, the cheap post-game drink specials over in Superior.

    I tend to go down a slightly different, but I am sure just as healthy route - I like my smoothie with ice cream, milk, hot fudge, and maybe some malt powder (I think the powedert adds extra nutrients or protein).

    The game threads have on occasion gone a little off topic, but of all the things that would come up here -- I never in a million years would have guessed there would be a post about an angry Skippy. I wish Mallory would have put a restraining order on him - he needed to be exiled from the show. It also sounds like his jokes would not live up to the caliber of the ones told here.
