This has to be the biggest clown show in the MLB. Next they will sell the team and take years to finalize the sale like the Timberwolves. It is a can't waste your time to watch anymore.

The product they are running out on the field is broken. The last time I looked you can't sell something that is broken. If they want to receive the money they are looking for they are going to have to make changes. At this point the games are unwatchable after 3 or 4 innings. I think by the ASG the attendance will dictate what will happen with the organization.

Week in Review: Returning to Rock Bottom
David Maro replied to Nick Nelson's topic in Twins Daily Front Page News
Lee missed 2 plays on slow rollers in the game. Later in the game Keirsey leading off is swinging away why. With his speed how about a bunt and test their defense. They are not playing baseball its all about the stupid helmet. Everyone is talking about oh boy Buxton got a leadoff HR. If you want to talk about the homerun France's was better because it was 2 runs and got them within 1 run. It's well past time for this manager to be gone. All anyone with any baseball knowledge has to do is look in the other dugout and see a real manager.- 39 replies

Brewers 17, Twins 6: Evisceration
David Maro replied to Matt Braun's topic in Twins Daily Front Page News
Let's get real here Keirsey had nothing to do with them getting no hit by a rookie. This team is lifeless and can't get out of their own way. Even Ryan couldn't get out of inning after inning without throwing 7,8,9 pitches per hitter. Now even the BP is getting burned out because the SP is in trouble in the 3rd or 4th inning. Buxton and Lee are the only ones doing anything.- 51 replies

Nice win but it is only 1 game. This team needs to go 2-1 at worst this weekend in the border battle. We all know the stadium will be probably 50-50 fans. They can't play like the first two in Cincinnati because they are already 10+ behind the Tigers.

This is all on the manager who changes who is playing 2nd,3rd,LF and RF everyday. And then to make things worse he changes the lineup everyday as well. If he really wants to make a change how about C4 batting 9th. He is a rally killer right now.

The team that is only interested in hitting homeruns so they can wear a dumb helmet playing in a stadium that is a band box. The Astros know they have the advantage at home with the short pouch that a team like the Twins will swing out of their cleats.

Clueless manager keeps running a pitcher out to get shelled inning after inning. He apparently decided it was a give away game after the 2nd inning. Rookie pitcher watching Twins hitting groundballs to SS and 3rd base on 1 and 2 pitches makes for a easy night.

Down 12-3 let's get all excited about a solo homerun. This is the real Twins team and fan base.

You are now watching the real Twins team play. This team can't get out of its own way. It's back to the same old Twins bases loaded and can't even hit a sacrifice fly. Now the SP are dropping like flies. Players like C4 and Lewis can't seem to do anything at the plate. All the talk about Clemens, yes playing a good 2nd base but only swinging for the fences. Wallner poor effort in RF shows he should be DH only but no a manager who will run him out to RF again and again. This team is ready to fall in the standing and out of the Wild card.

Is Brock Stewart Underappreciated?
David Maro replied to Cody Pirkl's topic in Twins Daily Front Page News
He has looked good of late, but with his history of injuries its hard to know for how long. If he had only one time being unavailable we would be thinking differently. -
Two things here are Ober velocity down to 88-89 and Wallner giving up on a catch. If Ober has a injury the season will be over. And if Wallner is going to be in the lineup it should be as DH.

Great game but this is why they can't afford to trade a starter. It's time for SWR or Festa to grab the bull by the horns.

At this point they are in the running for a wild card spot. If you trade him and Ryan who has shown he can't pitch a whole season goes down you are back to last season. Now your finishing the season with 3 young arms again. Yes you can't think that way but pitchers are going down weekly. It may be time to ride the horses and hope they get to the playoffs.

If it was Lewis Watkins would have held him up because of the hamstring so why send Wallner who has the same issue.

Two things here to see. 1 if you are labeled a power hitter you don't have to have baserunning skills. 2 if the umpire is calling strikes 6 inches below the zone don't swing and then say something late and get tossed.

The worst thing that could happen to a young player happen to him. He had a run of grand slam homeruns. Now everyone including him think he is a power hitter. He needs to go to St Paul to work on his approach at the plate. Hitting a homerun is not a every at bat approach. Even the booth talks homerun when Lewis steps into the box every at bat. I do remember a couple of weeks ago he had a great at bat when he hit a line drive up the middle with bases loaded. This is the kind of thing that can help turn things around for him.
