    Great point. I can’t remember the last time we tried to trade for an impact veteran bat addition. Shannon Stewart is the last one I can remember and he was great. We should trade for more veterans that have playoff experience. Give me Arenado and Goldschmidt. They’d turn us into a top 5/10 offense.

    I’d love this lineup. We have to stop relying on these older guys like Kepler and especially Polanco. Polanco is always injured.

    Yeah agree. We don’t need these platoon types when we could be playing our youngsters and developing them. Castro, Solano & Vazquez have been subpar offensively and not good enough defensively, except for Vazquez.

    I agree. Great effort & attitude, just needs to work on his HR/9. I’m sure he’s aware of his weaknesses and is working to address the problem.

    Good piece. Is Moran like a RHP that's just left handed? Why don't we have another lefty in the pen?

    Not surprised, there are no elite arms in our "vaunted" farm system. Trade these minor league pitchers for real MLB aces like Sandy Alcantara, Montas, etc. so we can win some playoff games. Even Balazovic and Woods-Richardson are nothing special.
