    All I wanted for Xmas this year, was for the Pohlad's to sell the team. Strike one. Then, to have Falvey take his genius elsewhere along with Rocco. Strike two. Whatever I wish for next won't happen anyway. Strike three. It's gonna be a very long winter...and an even longer summer/season. Merry Christmas everyone.

    He absolutely was never the same after the head shot. Hope he does ok for the Pads.

    I guess I'm ok with bringing him in. I certainly didn't expect them to do anything more than this type of FA signing. Let's hope he can hit like he's done in the past, and at least hit more consistently. The defense isn't great, but if he hits, it'll probably help us more than the defense will hurt us.

    Can he do it? I suppose it's possible...hell, anything's possible. I don't think he will though. My money's on the side of absolutely nothing changing whatsoever. It's still the Pohlads running the show. A handful of new investors won't do anything. Completely new ownership is the only chance to get this thing out of the gutter.
