    I just don't see them being buyers. Sure, they may make a few more dumpster dives, or make a minor trade or two, but they just aren't going to jump in with both feet for pitching help. It's gonna be all smoke and no fire.

    Yes, it looks like he made a few subtle adjustments. Whether or not it translates to better overall performance at the plate, remains to be seen. He's only been back here for a handful of games. We'll see. We sure could use some improved hitting from him in the lineup.

If some GM is delusional enough to want one of our supremely talented, stellar individuals...by all means, engage in trade talks with the mor...uh, genius...and see if a deal can be reached. After all, there's only so many DFA dumpster finds we can dig up over the course of the season. Book em Danno...murder one!

    Solo homers? Yeah, we got plenty of those. Hit one over the fence with some ducks on the pond? Fuhgeddaboudit! Can Buxton lead off the game with a long fly? Sure! Can he do anything but rack up K's after that? Sorry...no can do. Add the really bad Taj to the mix, and our sorry a** pen...and you got a whole lot of nuthin!

    Yea...Outman is finally out! No one will want him, so he'll end up in StP. I doubt we've seen the last of him. Let's see if Royce figured anything out that will translate for a better performance now that he's back.

    Very nice win. Good performance by Zebby. Pretty good D and throws by Martin in right. That was a great catch by Buxton, but I honestly didn't think he hit the wall all that hard. He's done way worse than that and been fine. Hopefully, he's gonna be ok. He's as strong as an ox, but he's pretty fragile. Let's win today and tomorrow and get closer to .500.

    No doubt he's tearing it up in StP. That's great. There's absolutely no guarantee he does that when he gets back up here. If the plan is to make him a first baseman, then give some time to work on that in StP, while seeing if he continues to rake at the plate. As much as we need a good bat in the lineup, I say leave him there for a while yet.

    No doubt this was a major surprise. I never was much of a SWR fan, but maybe he should at least been given more of a chance in the pen. This "regime", and whomever is really calling the shots, definitely makes moves light years faster than the Falvey bunch.

    I wish I knew the answer. I don't know if I'm ready to give up on him just yet, but I'm leaning that way more than I want to bring him back up here and put him back at 3rd. I'm just not crazy about his attitude and what he's been quoted on in the media. That's a bad sign. If he's traded, I'd bet he cuts open a vein and just dumps on his time here. He definitely has been through a lot with the injuries and the two knee surgeries. I kind of like the 1st base idea, but he was so opposed to moving to 2nd a couple years ago, that he might pull the same stuff about moving to 1st. He's got talent, I don't think there's any doubt about that. Yeah, he's doing well at StP, but let's see how it plays out for a few weeks and see if he comes back to Earth. He was doing absolutely nothing this season with the Twins. If the Twins turn out to be sellers later this summer, I'd shop him and see what happens.

    I can't recall the name of the guy who was manager the last 7 years🤪, but Shelty is much better than that guy!

    The talent level isn't the greatest, but we're making lemonade out of lemons. The manager is a HUGE upgrade, and that can't be disregarded.

    Very nice comeback win. Great to see. Never thought they'd do it after that 1st inning. The defense is just horrendous though.
