    I know that you're 100% right...he's not going anywhere. I've just had enough of the IL trips several times every season. I'd like to see him with a different team.

    I'm probably a cult of one, and I'm fine with it, but I really wouldn't mind if Buxton waived his no trade and they shipped him to Atl/somewhere. I've seen this dance way too many times.

    Nice win. I thought this game was a goner the way Williams was pitching, and then Gaddis/Smith coming in. Those two are usually rock solid. They better make hay on this homestand, because if they don't, I doubt they'll recover from it.

    They're just not ready for prime time. They'll probably get swept. I was hoping this series would show us that they maybe could put something together and give Cleve a fight. It's not gonna happen.

    At some point, they have to make some room for the kids on the farm. They can't keep them buried down there forever.

    Could be a very interesting couple weeks...or it could be a big nothing burger. We'll see.

    I honestly don't think he gets traded by the deadline this season. If anything, moving him after this season is a possibility. I don't know how much planning a team can make going into 2027 anyway. Yes, you should go under the assumption that there WILL be a 2027 season, but who knows what's going to happen? I hope I'm wrong, but I'd be absolutely shocked if the 2027 season starts on time, or isn't wiped out completely due to the CBA. Getting that resolved is going be a real slug-fest.

    Disappointing loss. Back to 3 games under. They just can't seem to get over the .500 hump. Probably gonna be like that the rest of the way too. They get pretty close...then fall back again. They are what they are.
