  1. No worse batting than Wallner and a better fielder.
  2. It has become common, but then so has Wallner getting hit and Lewis hitting home runs.
  3. Two strkes to Castro after he watched a fastball down the middle go by.
  4. He is not the best outfielder. His speed does not make up for slow start.
  5. Luck has zip to do with it, simply poor play.
  6. Castro can teach rookies/newbies how to bunt next year. With all the talk of the air in Colorado affecting pitching and hitting, does the dry air in Arizone have a similar effect.
  7. It would be sweet if Kepler could finish the season with a Batting Average .260 or higher. Small ball so far today; I wonder if this is Luplow's last chance to show if he stays during post season.
  8. Stale is good, Чему быть, того не миновать
  9. You are trolling, I NEVER-EVER said he was as adept as Kepler; I remember writing , IF you want to look it up his fielding ability was not as good as some of the others in , LEFT FIELD. I said earlier this season that some thing went amiss with him as at that time, even in AAA his batting abwas a total disaster. He got better six weeks or so ago after they put him on First Base for what ever reason.
  10. I have no idea what you are whining about, but I said -- a preview of next year. IF -- they go pretty far into the post-season, it bodes well for next year, simple as that. Garlick is now a first baseman; a place where there is no room or reason to bring him up, or he would be here also probably.
  11. Luplow yeeeeeeeeessss. The team will be full of newbie rookies; a preview of next year.
  12. No doubt , and I amazed at those batters who work a long at bat wearing the pitcher down.
  13. If Taylor can get a hit, no one is hitless tonight.
  14. Used to have on in my home town; saw it again this summer but did not have enough money in my pocket but I was tempted.
  15. Then it is best to foul them off like most top contact hitters do till they get the one they want.
  16. Pro players learn the umps strike zone; rookies strike out.
  17. I am sure Larnach is one happy player right now.
  18. Swing the bat and foul it off; don't stand there looking clueless.
  19. If you say so.👺
