    Rojas is a starter. Piggybacked. I don’t risk the rest of the (unreliable, better lately) pen when Rojas is dealing. But they will. I don’t like it.

    I hate that strikeout rule more than than any other rule in baseball. The batter has already struck out. Yet, the play is not over. I get the foul tip. But rewarding a batter for swinging at a pitch not even close is disgusting.

    True. But that doesn’t fit the bill of Hero, That is for the 9th. And the best player on your roster. Nothing else in the game matters at that point. Even the two previous doubles. No past. Just present. The score could be 10-9 instead of 2-1. Same opportunity. Even if Buxton had an o-fer for the night, THIS is his moment to come through, poetically. Down one, tying run on third, winning run on second, two outs. The last out. The light is all shining on your star, who was destined to be the one player at bat. Sigh.
