  1. Never heard that before. It certainly isn’t the MLB rule. They can be placed immediately. There is a maximum 3 day backdating. Policies. Always exceptions. Made to be modified. Playing a man short for 3 days certainly not ideal when there is 2 other catchers both playing well on the active roster.
  2. ?? That means the team plays 1 man short for 3 days. Why would they “have” to wait?
  3. It will be interesting to see if Keaschall doesn’t have to go through concussion protocol. Getting beaned that direct is no minor event.
  4. Caratini still probably to the IL for a spell. That is how quick your catching depth can change. We need Jeffers. This could save the trade temptation.
  5. Nothing a 15 game winning streak won’t fix! Gotta start with the first win.
  6. They should wait until Jenkins is at least 25…..
  7. I really question having Morris and Gomez get “work” in this game with the short turn around for a critical game tomorrow afternoon. Low pressure commonly brings out mediocre outings from high pressure pitchers.
  8. Too cocky., Morris. Pretty wimpy jump there , Roden.

  10. GREAT throw by Kwan. We could use a little of that!
  11. These guys need to swing at all the meat they take. Instead, they jack up the count to 2 strikes and then swing out of zone way too often.
  12. Festa is a dangerous pitcher. And I don’t mean good stuff.
  13. It should actually happen way more than it does. Especially on deep flys. Most players just not savvy like Ramirez. There goes the shutout.
  14. What are you talking about Span? Larnach set up to throw it…… taking about three steps forward gaining momentum to throw it quickly. His throw was just off as usual.
  15. Keaschall challenging meat. That was a Cleveland home run pitch yesterday. He has got to be swinging at that with 2 strikes. At least protecting the plate. To waste a challenge on that was just selfish.
  16. Abel now out for the year. Got about 20 innings of about 4 ERA this year and 4 “forgettable” outings last year. Tait will become an afterthought with Lackey drafted. The Duran trade becomes more despised as time goes on.
  17. Personally, it was dumbfounding that he wasn't pulled after 3 innings. Shelton was asleep, I guess.
  18. Maybe Twins’ fans don’t deserve good pitchers. When they have one, so many just want to trade them for prospects anyway, and love to trash them as if it happens all the time after an anomaly performance. Sanchez and Skenes might not be good enough, either.
