  1. I suppose one bad outing where things get worked out afterword shouldn't hang over somebody's head indefinitely. Am also surprised Dozier didn't fare better. But, this won't be the last MVP for Sano. Disclaimer: my all time media good guy is Jerry Burns. $&@!
  2. Have you visited this? Is it as wonderful as it looks in the photos? https://www.yahoo.com/makers/artist-buys-crumbling-bank-1-222611514/photo-a-building-like-this-can-1445036669573.html It reminded me of the Bodmer Library and Museum in Geneva.
  3. No one in this world, so far as I know - and I have searched the records for years, and employed agents to help me - has ever lost money by underestimating the intelligence of the great masses of the plain people. H. L. Mencken

Many questions; few answers. http://www.theatlantic.com/science/archive/2015/10/the-most-interesting-star-in-our-galaxy/410023/ It doesn't drink beer often, but when it does, it prefers Apollo. Stay curious, my friends.
  11. I think a Cubs-Astros WS would be great. I still won't be watching it, but it would be great.
  12. Which one will bang their shoe on the table first? Actually, I like Bernie. I don't see him as very electable but I still like him. But then, I'm a bit of a socialist, too. I think the term gets a bad rap.
  13. I lean this way, too. I'm willing to takes my chances with our own horses.
  14. I'm still trying to figure out how they got Sarah Silverman to Mars first.
  15. Haven't has a chance to see it yet. The Bad Astronomer (Phil Plait) has a favorable review (some spoilers): http://www.slate.com/blogs/bad_astronomy/2015/10/10/the_martian_scifi_blockbuster_is_about_the_science.html
  16. It's Souhan. What other fact is necessary?
  17. The Cubs have been rebuilding for 70 years (ever since the goat). Maybe it's just time things break in their favor.
  18. It is a real failure of this kind of medium. Now taken as humor.
  19. Now you've done it.
