  1. Until he becomes Gomez that gets coached by a different organization to change his approach at the plate and has an MVP year.
  2. Revenue could be higher with better management. Lowering concession prices could very well be a strategy to increase overall revenue. An owner that engages the fans would increase revenue.
  3. It's almost as if you could say this entire organization really appears to have no plan.
  4. 2023-2032 Free Agent. Carlos Correa signed a 6 year, $200,000,000 contract with the Minnesota Twins, including $200,000,000 guaranteed, and an average annual salary of $33,333,333. In 2025, Correa will earn a base salary of $36,000,000, while carrying a total salary of $37,333,333. Not gonna happen unless they eat the contract, which they definitely will not do.
  5. This **** is so stupid. At this point who else is there? He’ll get the team nod no matter what.
  6. All Star selection day is my favorite day because we are finally done with these ridiculous pleas that mean nothing other than clicks on MLB.com.
  7. I'll be as negative as anyone, but trade him for what? Someone with an equally unstable track record? Why trade a low value asset? Just accept what you have, but I don't know why you trade him for at best a middle reliever. Run it into the ground, but give up building around him.
  8. As a STH since the beginning, it's so true the Twins haven't felt relevant nationally since 2010. I wish this was a home game just for the atmosphere of Sunday Night Baseball.
  9. It's a good thing no one else in the league can see how unpredictable he's been prior to this one game.
  10. Based on their record since this morning, they are now on track to lose every game for the rest of the season.
  11. So I guess it's time to look ahead to Vikings training camp! It was fun while it lasted.
  12. The two guys that are made of glass just can't resist finding each other.
  13. I think I've said this elsewhere, but considering the umpires could have a buzzer installed in their back pocket that could almost immediately call the strike for them, it seems like a no brainer to avoid the need to overturn calls, but let the umpire remain at home plate and part of the game.
  14. Gleeman trolling the owners with facts is quite enjoyable.
  15. This comment in no way leads me to wonder how you land on these random photos. hahaha.
  16. Pretty sure this was the special uniform they wore in 2009. I like Cuddy.
  17. The kind that realizes some times you have to throw in the towel on a season to build for something better in future years.
  18. Interesting point. Are the Rays a competent organization? Consistently competitive, but unable to compete with the top tier anymore.
  19. I'd rather see a full blown dumpster fire and build from the ashes under new ownership.
  20. He's perfected the art of slowing down just enough to create a reliable dive to make the play look harder than it was.
  21. It's the best bullpen in baseball.
  22. Could be optimistic considering it's a Tuesday against a team with no travelling or loyal local fan base, unlike the Mets who turned out a decent crowd.
  23. Guess the attendance? This will be fun to see.
  24. Did the Twins series jumpstart the Braves? LOL
