    While I disagree that them being on the no-trade list makes them irrelevant, if for some reason (I suppose I could come up with a few) he WANTS to come to Minnesota, then it's a huge advantage for us.

    Slight amendment... I'd include any pitching prospect for Matthew Boyd. He still has 3 years of team control left.

    Nobody is untouchable for Syndegard or deGrom Nobody is untouchable for Scherzer or Grienke, if their current teams pick up a reasonable portion of the contract. Other than those 4 pitchers, yes, those prospects are untouchable in my mind.

    I could quibble with a couple, but overall the list looks pretty good. My top for might be Polanco, Berrios, Kepler, Buxton. The contracts extensions are just soooooo good. Probably more upside with Berrios and Buxton, but the shorter control and the unknown costs hurt a decent amount. Worth noting, in my opinion, there's a sharp dropoff after #9

    As for the chemistry question.... As an outsider who never played baseball past 13 years old, the bullpen it where I would guess, Chemisty matters the least....because it has to matter the least there. There always seem to be people coming and going. The bullpen is used to new faces much more than the lineup or rotation.

    Today it wasn’t even a discipline thing, he was just straight up whiffing on pitches near the center of the strike zone.

    Target Field has a tremendous drainage system. Yes they will play.

    Every other Power Rankings I've seen has them in the top 5. Mostly 3rd and 4th.

    32,000 yesterday for a mid-week day game, before the end of the school year. I'd say attendance is picking up.

    Astudillo would make 12, right. I mean, he’s on pace for 9, so certainly not a stretch.

    Also, isn't that why we grabbed Ronald Torreyes? He's having a terrible offensive year at AAA, but isn't his glove well regarded? If Polanco goes down and we want the defense, isn't Torreyes the guy (if Adrianza is gone)?
