  1. Vegas agrees. -125/+105, Twins/Royals.
  2. Not sure. They are wealthy, successful business owners. I am sure they have plans 1-5 to deal with the Players' Association plans 1-5. Stay tuned.
  3. I see this as a done deal. They are banking/tanking on a lost year of '27, another year of no-service time while developing at AA and AAA levels, and high draft positioning. All the while raiding '26 revenue sharing and positioning for a "Detroit" kind of thing beginning in '28.
  4. WSox up over the Tigers, 3-2, in the 4th. They are inviting Twins to switch places in line. If there were 188 games in the schedule, Twins might challenge the Rockies as well.
  5. Topa, 3rd base, scheduled to pitch the 9th.
  6. My bud sits in CF. He dropped a silent but deadly and I heard it, seated at 3B.
  7. They should just make Topa a position player and then no one will get disappointed when he gets shelled in the 9th.
  8. Good article with a question re: Twins development of arms. Lots of criticism of the article but the implication is for all of ball. Speed kills arms. Outliers can tolerate the strain, many can't. Never know who those outliers will be. I would focus on pitch mix development/refinement and more use of lower body to gain torque and power/speed but can't prove it from this recliner. Do believe it would result in better long term success.
  9. This is MLB, not little league. Good grief, can't run the bases, then shouldn't be here.
  10. https://www.mlb.com/gameday/blue-jays-vs-reds/2025/09/01/776503/preview Care to see what the Twins passed up to select Lewis? Greene hunts him some Jays as the Reds take them on. Free game at link above. db https://www.mlb.com/player/hunter-greene-668881
  11. [David St Peter - I thought he had been put out to deserved pasture.] Saw enough of him.
  12. Patzky's neckline is less plunging though beer gut might be more pronounced.
  13. Jon Hayman reports that Audra Martin was fired and Patzky replaces her.
  14. LOL, was just going to post about forum posts from his last start saying he was indifferent to his task.
  15. Corrected it. Whhoppppps. Can't even blame autocorrect.
  16. Where is @patzky and his live report from the stands ala Audra Martin.
  17. SD radio talking about both the fast ball as well as Ryan's craftiness.
  18. Between the fire sale of July and the pending end of the CBA/lockout of '27, off-season trades of Lopez and Ryan seem to be part of a plan to lower costs and position Twins for a sale.
  19. Jon Heyman reports that the Cubs have signed Santana. Other reports indicate that Santana asked for release so as to play for a contender. https://www.si.com/mlb/cubs-pick-up-veteran-carlos-santana-days
  20. Will be listening in to see all of what I don't know about Bradley.
  21. "I like this team more aggressive than not-aggressive..." Tingler makes a suggestion and all of a sudden it's like someone turned on a flashlight in the middle of the night in an Arizona desert. His whole meandering logic defies a rationale approach to the game; like a switch being flipped. To me, he seems ______________________ in this season ___________ under his leadership (sic).
  22. Who has been to the Rangers park? Impressions?
