They aren't going to get anything for Larnach.  They should still trade him for a bucket of balls or something so they can make room for a young guy or two.  I mean if you are a playoff caliber team and you need an outfielder/bat, who would you rather have Larnach or Moniak??  They should pick a couple of the young dudes and focus on them and trade one or two of the other young guys also, because they might actually get something good for one of them.
