Yeah, that was weird. I'm sure there will be lots of hot takes but we're 3-3 in one score games. Lots of chances that we missed.

I really would hope he’s not pouting like that. McCarthy may never amount to anything but it’s his 4th game ever. And there isn’t anyone else coming that would be a better option. I would be very disappointed if that were the case

I don't think he was ticked at JJ, I thought he was ticked at the refs. He was being held on several plays, and not getting the calls. On the second pick, he fell down but you could argue that the defender pushed him down and should've been flagged. But he never looked back and yelled at JJ, which he could have on some of the balls thrown to him. He's also never had major 'diva' moments, even last year when Darnold was in the midst of like a four game meltdown.

I think some of it was McCarthy.  The timing and delivery of the ball to him was offtrack so many times.  It's hard to get a rhythm when your QB feels like he has his arm set to "scattergun".

I'm sure he's not happy but he didn't seem to go diva on him either. He wasn't giving up, he wasn't yelling at the coach or the QB, he was playing hard. I'm sure everyone is a bit ticked.

No, he wasn't yelling....but teh body language was bad.  The post-play reactions were pretty irritated from what I saw.

I didn't see "give up"...but it sure looked like less than 100%.
