If Ben Johnson moves on, I bet we see how much he was propped up too.

Yeah, with the Rams, McVey was famously calling Goffs plays for him up until the mic would cut out with 15 seconds on the play clock. They'd get to the LOS early so McVey could coach him.

Certainly Goff has learned a lot and gotten better since then, but I'm not sure he has the instincts of the top end QBs in the league.

Yup, even a great coach has a ceiling on what they can do.

That impenetrable rams defense from 6 days ago already looks like crap

Amazing what a good OL is capable of doing

I don’t think the Rams have a prayer in this game.

The Rams are one of those teams that don't have to be the best team on the field to win games though.

I think it could be one of those games where Philly seems to be dominating, but then you look up in the 4th quarter and realize it's a one score game somehow.

So jealous of teams that can run it up the middle on 4th and short.......

In fairness you have to try to do it with some consistency lol running every short yardage play from the shotgun isn’t the best idea

It’s my biggest takeaway in the playoffs so far. These teams have interior OL that can move a pile.

I don't want to necessarily be that guy....but the Vikings averaged nearly 5 yards a carry against the Rams from their RBs.

Hurts taking a page out of Darnold's play book.

The Eagles have a great offensive line.  Go ahead and count how long Hurts held it.  I'll spoil: it was a little over 4 seconds and down he goes.

You can't hold the ball longer than 2.5-3 seconds in the playoffs.  You're going to get killed.

And as usual the coach abandoned it as quickly as possible even as his quarterback stunk up the joint

In fairness, you can't run every play. And when he tried that other kind of play  the Benny Hill music came on and our QB looked like he had just arrived on the planet and didn't know how to use his arm or brain.  Then...snowball.

Wasn’t a vast majority of that gained on the long Akers run when he bounced to the outside? We just stink near the goal line with Brandel Bradbury and Risner
