Hmm ... an intriguing idea. Profar had a very good season in 2024, with an especially torrid first half. But would he be worth that much money at that age? And would the Twins be able to afford a contract like that one?

Twins need a good RH hitting OF who is good defensively and can cover CF. Not sure we'll be able to afford one though. Expect to see Keirsey Jr and Martin out there.

Oh look. Another big media speculation article. So the Twins, who essentially have no money to spend, are gonna spend $13M for 3 seasons on a 31 yo LF who finally broke out after years of mediocrity? Another article, just like the Correa going to New York article, meant to drum up clicks based on a list made by Jim Bowden at the beginning of the offseason. Patrick Mcavoy is just another POS writer tricking you into regurgitating speculation. Not based on his insight. Just based on somebody else’s pre offseason list. I can totally see this happening especially when our current OF consists of Larnarch, Buxton, and Wallner with Emmanuel Rodriguez and walker Jenkins getting closer and closer to debuting by the day..  we also have Castro as well on a one year 6 million or so deal.  There is plenty of room to lock up another OF for 3 years.  Makes perfect sense to me 🤡
