Don't be surprised if the game is resumed tomorrow, 1-9.

No worries though because there is a ton of baseball left in the season and Salvy just hit a Grand Slam to follow up his HR in his last at bat. The Royals are going to see how the Guardians respond to a sweep.

Yep.What the hell happened to Ober tonite? In the old days if a game didn't make it to 'official' it was cancelled and totally replayed. I sure wish that would happen tonite.  Having to pick this game up down 9-1 this early is a colossal waste of pitching. But all suspended games are now resumed. Hate it when the ace gets crushed like this. 

So best case..go through the motions for 3 1/2 innings...pray for rain and go home after 5 miserable innings. Wasted night.

Anyone else starting to wonder about Correa's injury?

Wondering if there's more to it. This team desperately needs him and if it really was a pain tolerance issue and his cleats, I would think they could have found an insert or something to help with the pain.

Also, it started as a heel contusion, then plantar fasciitis and now just 'heel'. 

I'd be mildly surprised if he's back at all this year despite his recent comments.

It's also the foot that caused two teams to back out of contract offers after a physical.

We have good depth, but this is too much testing the depth for too long. Boston going down two games today as well. Can we hang on for another 30?
