This should be another interesting game. Pablo has been inconsistent this year, but there's probably a couple of great outings left in the tank for the regular season. I hope today is one of them.

Mahle has already had an outing where he threw over 90 pitches, so I don't think he'll be pulled super early in this one unless the Twins blast him.

Texas should be better than their record, but they seem to have used up all their good luck last year.

I went to see a new magician last night. He had quite an act. At one point, he turned the audience into a giant windmill.

Now I'm a big fan.

The Twins are 1 of 4 teams to have 70 wins this year. I have to eat crow as I thought this team would be worse than last years team.

Going into this series against last years champs a four game sweep in their stadium would have been inconceivable but if Pablo is on today they have a good chance to make it happen.

Rocco seems to live and die by the math numbers, so like poker the numbers are not emotional so go with the math. 51 percent for versus 49 against will always work out better for the 51.

The Twins should have a good book on Mahle's pitches so here's to a sweep!

If I were a betting man (I’m not), I would put money on Texas today. It’s really hard to sweep a four-game series on the road and the Twins have gotten the majority of the breaks in three consecutive games. Karma would seem to be on the Rangers side. I hope I’m dead wrong on this and that López is sharp today. It won’t surprise me if the Twins are three back tomorrow.

Also check out Seager against Pablo , 6 plate appearances with 4 r.b.i. and 3 Home runs, thinking pitch to him a little different than he has, Something to Watch !!!!    Careful Pablo !!

Go ahead.

After 44 years of marriage, I'll admit I sometimes have to invent little scenarios too.

How do we know this isn't just one of these scenerios?

(ps... *little* scenerios?, Go big and go home!)

I hear you chief...I'm in the same boat. Variety is the spice of life, but I draw the line when it comes to Spencer Steer.

It's bad to hold grudges but . . . I hope the Twins destroy Mahle today.  He owes them a lot more than one win.

I get it, but it's not his fault he was injured. He's not Yoenis Cespedes.

Doggy day in Texas. Good thing that stadium has air conditioning.

Havent been to this stadium yet.  Its on the list for next year though.

Have been to their prior 2 for day games on days where its 96° and 60-70% humidity.  Brutal.
