Why in the world is Wallner not PH for Farmer?

Posting this after his SF--yes, it worked, the Twins got the run in.  But with a righty on the mound, and no outs (meaning even if CLE goes to a lefty, that lefty will have to face at least Buxton), it seems like such a no-brainer strategically to go to Wallner there.
