Just a reminder, since we had some issues in the last game thread: no political talk or references are allowed in baseball threads. No name calling, either. And stop with the labeling of other posters. We are seeing way too many ‘haters vs apologists’ type comments. Banter, have fun, joke around, commiserate, critique or praise, disagree with one other, but be respectful with each other no matter what your opinion of them is.

I don't want to say that this is a make or break series, but it's an EXTREMELY important series. We need to take at least 3 of 4 from Cleve. If we roll over again to these guys, we're in big trouble.

Miranda needs to be in the lineup everyday.  Santana can be a defensive replacement. Yes I know he hit a home run today.  Look at his monthly splits, he has had one good month and a good day here and there.  Not enough to block Miranda.

My guess is that Buxton hurt himself more than we know running into the wall against the White Sox.  The impact was pretty significant, and he stayed down on the ground awhile.  See it here:

Did you see his double in the first game, if he was hurt like you say, he would not have even tried to get to second much less make it.  This is Rocco overmanaging his players.  You need to play your best players especially in these next two series but that won't happen with this hapless organization.

As long as we don't play Royce Lewis in CF again, I'm okay with being cautious.  Bad things tend to come in threes (Joe Ryan, Brock Stewart, and ?).  Win Twins!

Buxton just had four days off, this isn't being cautious.  If he can't play put him on the IL.  We need him in the lineup and the organization is not going to win anything significant if they don't play their best players.
