mrtwinsfan Old-Timey Member Posted July 1, 2023 Posted July 1, 2023 Julien, your letting to many hittable pitches go by and then forced to swing at a ball , wake up

stringer bell Verified Member Posted July 1, 2023 Posted July 1, 2023 Strike 3 looked a foot outside.
big dog Verified Member Posted July 1, 2023 Posted July 1, 2023 OK, Kepler "struck out". Let's have robo-umps, please. What a freaking joke some of these guys have become.
RickOShea Verified Member Posted July 1, 2023 Posted July 1, 2023 Wow, that call was so bad, it made it look like a fix!

What a freaking joke some of these guys have become. The only problem with this post is that it isn't forceful enough. The HP ump absolutely jobbed Kep and the Twins. That call was a total piece of ****.

rwilfong86 Verified Member Posted July 1, 2023 Posted July 1, 2023 I think the Twins will benefit greatly from the automated strike zone.
IndianaTwin Verified Member Posted July 1, 2023 Posted July 1, 2023 Mullins fresh off the IL after a groin injury.
Parfigliano Verified Member Posted July 1, 2023 Author Posted July 1, 2023 Mind-numbingly lame Balt uniforms.
mrtwinsfan Old-Timey Member Posted July 1, 2023 Posted July 1, 2023 Booze and other goodies will not be as popular, Who we gonna complain about ??

Winston Smith Verified Member Posted July 1, 2023 Posted July 1, 2023 Please lets not have another umpires hate the Twins tread tonight. Calls tend to even out they aren't two games under .500 because the umps are against them.

OvertheHill Verified Member Posted July 1, 2023 Posted July 1, 2023 The sad thing is that the Twins carry such a strike out reputation it’s easy for the umps to call borderline pitches as strikes. I’m not defending it of course, but until the human factor is out of ball strike calls, we’re going to get hosed when our roster is filled with these types of hitters. Just my $0.02.

Mike Sixel Old-Timey Member Posted July 1, 2023 Posted July 1, 2023 Can't recall if I've offered this opinion elsewhere on the site, but I'm beginning to doubt Kepler is good.

wabene Verified Member Posted July 1, 2023 Posted July 1, 2023 That call was ****, end of story. It's hard enough to hit without having to compensate for that bull.
RickOShea Verified Member Posted July 1, 2023 Posted July 1, 2023 2 out of 3 so far. Let's wait and see if Buxton can contribute.
MABB1959 Verified Member Posted July 1, 2023 Posted July 1, 2023 When will the rest of the All Star teams be announced? Not many Twins deserve to go and they should be embarrassed to go. I would guess Lewis, but has he played enough games?
