The best intro they've ever done is still Jon Rauch's: Jon Rauch was a 6’10” American player. I suggested that he use for his walk-up, “I Stand Tall” by The Dictators. Meanwhile, Jose Miranda has the dullest walk-up music since that boring drivel Joe Mauer used for walk-up music. Wait - Shouldn’t Jhoan Duran use a Duran Duran song - another team in town already used Hungry Like the Wolf. I looked through the Duran Duran Playlist and found a song called Big Time (except edit out the line “bang it out”). Pretty good. Melissa Berman 1

The low attendance is a double edged sword for me. I like it when its not too busy, shorter lines, less crowded in the seats, but it certainly more fun when the energy is there in the stadium and they are playing well. Melissa Berman 1

I *always* signed up for the designated driver Good Sport program when I got to games to get the free pop. I stopped doing it once they took the pop away, but that bag of Twins gear sounds awesome and maybe I should've kept up with it! Super good point that that's another thing that's gone- I didn't notice that. Free suite access? Row 15 behind home plate!? Wow! How does the upgrade happen- does a fan experience person come up to you, or does something else happen? I got upgraded at a Wolves game in Jan, and someone came up to me and handed me paper tickets. Looking forward to getting back next week! Heading to a Saints game in between! Being a season ticket holder (flex pack), you get the Sweet Spot barcode scanned at the season ticket holder booth. Then, I asked for upgrades both times because the Twins said upgrades were available via email the week before the home opener. Both times the rep reached into a drawer and pulled out a stack of paper tickets, free upgrades. They gave me enough on Monday to cover my entire group even though I hadn't purchased all five of the tickets. Melissa Berman 1
nclahammer Verified Member Posted April 13, 2023 Posted April 13, 2023 Excellent report, will look for some of the discount sections you mentioned. Went to Saturday's game, a couple of scoreboard hiccups for a half-inning or so, but the pace was swift. Melissa Berman 1

The family value sections have basic stadium food, so I've walked over and gotten some popcorn or a lemonade from there before. I feel like it used to be kind of a hidden gem, so I'm curious if the lines will be really long for that new section 120 one. nclahammer 1

I agree about the atmosphere, but I selfishly have to admit it's kind of nice to have no lines for concessions/ lots of room in the concourse! At least security lines aren't an issue anymore. The attendance will pick up over the next couple of months-I'm so excited for summer nights at Target Field.
