That seems pretty obvious that the best and youngest SS in the free agent market is the highest priority.

It was always reasonable to assume that if the Twins wanted to sign Correa they would have to outbid some major players for his services.

He hasn't put pen to paper yet so he is still available  ...

I'm not into hearsay  , speculation  on where he will sign ...

If he signs with the twins or any other team , that is his choice ...

It will all come down to dollar amount with these free agents of today  , he got the highest paid infielders salary  last year from the twins , need I say more ...

The Giants are all in on bringing in the best player they can. First they're going to try to bring in Judge. If they miss on him they'll move onto Correa and try to bring him in. If they miss on him they'll move to whoever they have next highest on the list. Really they're just living the life of a big payroll team. Start at the top of the list and work your way down until you spend all your money.

Now that Turner signed with the Phils, I'd expect the Giants and the Dodgers to set their sights on Correa.

If he wants to raise his family and live his life in the Bay Area, that’s his choice. Besides the weather, the place is a disaster.  Lived there for 23 years. Lived the last seven about 2 hours south. Won’t even visit there. Literally, the last place my children - Correa’s age - would move to raise their children. Minnesota is way better. A marginal $1-2MM/year (less after tax) is just not worth it.  Just my opinion. Sorry if I offended anyone.
