Paddack has some bulldog toughness to him, which I like.  Pitching around that leadoff double was huge, against the heart of their lineup.  Great job,

Now get some more runs and salt this one away.

Much better at bat by Sano (low bar there), just can't find a hole right now even when he squares it up.  Should have murdered the 3-1 pitch, which he fouled straight back.  Man, would love to see Sano get locked in.....

That's what I like to see.  After a nice inning with the bats, a quick half inning on the field to get them right back out there.

Have to admit, the Urshela acquisition has worked out better than expected so far.

Yeah ... have to say ... wasn't too sure on it ... but it's worked out really well ... so far

Still don't really understand the Sanchez part, but the deal has still been better than expected as a whole.

Well ... remember we sent Rortvedt there. While I think I'd rather have Rortvedt ... we need a catcher

I am loving Urshela, in the field and at the plate.

It's going to take quite a bit for me to accept him as a catcher, but I know he plays the position.

Correa looks like he is guessing at the plate, and guessing wrong.  Swinging at balls and watching strikes go by.  Not a good pattern.  He needs to wake up his bat.

I know it's still April, but it would be nice if Correa would show some signs of getting it together.

With Kepler's big day it's arguable that Correa and Sano are neck-and-neck for the Most Disappointing Offensive players so far this year.

Correa is just lost right now.

Yes, but he is SO MUCH better than Simmons.?

Fair ... but ... we needed something back that filled that void, even if it doesn't fill it completely. Still a better option than anyone else we have other than Jeffers

I know.  I still expected him to be flipped.  He doesn't seem to fit what this FO would be about.

Trash can time?

Probably would be easier for him to make contact with something larger.  Never swung a trash can before, so not sure how effective it'll be, but may be worth a try.

Five days till May Day, interesting to see how that plays out.

KC is leading CWS 3-0 top of 6

I guess that's preferable to the other way around. Can we find a way for both of them to lose?
